almost didn't get this posted in time. The cupcake is an older one from Hero Arts. The small ink splats are from the new Hero Arts brush strokes. I added some liquid pearls for icing and one sequin. Distress inks were used for the splats. Sentiment is from Annette Allen Watkins.

This card really pops with color and fun, Joy! I'm not into the artsy HA stuff, but I love how you've used it for this great backdrop. Love that icing, too.
