My grandson, Ethan, will be 12 years old next week. He is a very talented artist, even at this young age. Here is the card I made for him:
I used a sheet of 12 x 12 patterned paper that I have had for years, which I think is Basic Grey. Stamped the numbers on and colored them in with purple pencil. The starbursts and stars were stamped with concord grape distress ink. Some holographic paper makes the punched starbursts a bit sparkly, without too much bling.
Have a great weekend!

Joy this is perfect for your grandson, i'm sure he will love it!
Joy, this collage-style card is so special! I love those big numbers and the bit of shine. It is difficult to make cards for fellas of this age and you seriously scored. Talent runs in this family, I guess!
Hi Joy,
your name is above me in the list for the September cards on Society of Stamaholics blog. Could you please email me your snail mail at the email address on my blog so that I can send your card off to you next week. Hugs Mrs A (England).
