the eiffel tower. . . .

is one of the things I am known for - I have an ongoing collection of E. T. items!

Here is a card I made for the Simon Says Stamp and Show
challenge.

The Eiffel tower stamp is from Stampendous and was a Christmas gift.  A French dictionary page was torn, distressed with a tea dye pad and placed on a cardstock panel.  Then I brushed a bit of gesso over it and swiped it with a tumbled glass distress pad. After stamping the main image, I added various other stamped images for interest.  A punched flower strip was distressed and embellished with tiny gems.  The seam binding was dyed with the tumbled glass pad.  The panel was then placed on the blue card base.

Thanks for visiting!

Such a wonderful collage - I like those colors - brown and blue - they go so well together. And that gorgeous blue ribbon! My son just commented: That's a cool card - so here you have another admirer :)
