summer of color week 2. . . .

The colors for this week at SOC are teal and coral with the optional pop of bright white.

Here is the card I made for this week:

Distress inks for the background and a stamp from Hero Arts.  The sentiment was white embossed and is from Wordsworth.  The sequins/stars were given to me by a friend.  Today is a rainy day in Canton, Ohio and in this photo the coral looks more orange-y than it does IRL.  :-(

Also sending this to SSS Monday challenge which is anything goes.

Enjoy your day!

What a gorgeous combination of colors, Joy! Hope you are not floating away in all this rain! And I hope this isn't what the rest of the summer is going to be like ......

Oh wow--what a neat card, Joy! I was just thinking about Wordworth--need to dig out my stamps, although I don't have this one. Thanks for the inspiration!

Very nice Summer of Color. I like the little touched of white in the text and sequins. I'm just catching up on my commenting for week 2, and it's already week 3. (It was an unusually busy week for me.)

You can find my Week 3 post for SOC here:
