Joy's challenge is to choose a card that another stamper has made to use as inspiration for making a similar card. As others have done, I looked in my "favorites" on the Hero Arts Flickr group and decided to use this card made by Sally Sherfield as my inspiration:
I pretty much cased Sally's card:
I used two square nesties; dry embossed the largest one with the swiss dot folder and white embossed the smaller one with Hero Arts classic fabric design. The Hero Arts butterfly was stamped on patterned paper, cut out and then added to the card with dimensional foam squares to pop it up. Small pearls and glitter embellish the butterfly. A ribbon was added to the left side. I rounded the corners of a top folded white card and added the prepared layers to it.
Blue and green are such a pretty color combo and I loved Sally's card the minute I saw it. Thanks, Sally, for your fabulous design. And, thanks, Joy, for the fun challenge!
