BIRTHDAYS

Here is a card for two challenges:

Simon Says Stamp is three years old!!

And, Hero Arts has birthdays as one of its themes for the month.

The Hero Arts classic tea flower is so pretty no matter how it is used.  Here I decided to just stamp it with Versafine onyx black ink on patterned paper.  The sentiment is from the Hero Arts Find Joy clear set.  I used Ranger black enamel accents for the center of the flower and the dots on the Martha Stewart butterfly punch.  The paper strip at the bottom is accented with tiny black gems from Bo Bunny.

Enjoy your day!

saw this on flicker Joy and just had to comment. Such a bright lively card....and your border is just perfect as a finishing touch.

Love how the butterfly and decorative strip of paper match and how you used the same bead elements to decorate both. Stunning design!

I love the different look the black embossing gives the tea flower and how you grounded the image with the pp strip! Great card Joy!
