is always one of the themes Deborah Nolan has for her monthly card chain challenge. And, it is usually the one I use for the card I make to send:
This month, my card went out to Shawna in Michigan. The sentiment is a woodblock stamp from Stampendous that I purchased in 1999. :*) First I used second generation stamping to stamp the forget me not from MFT and overstamped the sentiment with Versafine onyx black ink. The stitched rectangle is from MFT, as is the ripe raspberry cardstock, which is SO yummy.
If you would like to join in the fun of exchanging cards with others, hop over to Deborah's blog to sign up for April.
Sending this over to Addicted to Stamps and More for their anything goes challenge.
Happy Wednesday to you!

What a wonderful sentiment Joy, it looks wonderful over the soft stamping!
So sweet, Joy! Love this pastel beauty! And the beautiful font of your sentiment.......
I love that second gen stamping such a beautiful subtle effect.
So beautiful! That sentiment is a keeper, it has stood the test of time. I love the soft background flower, wonderful job!
An Oldie, but Goodie! So gorgeous - that font is also very pretty and the soft flower in the background! Too bad you did not do any heat embossing - you could have linked it up with Retro Rubber - a challenge for older stamps! But anyhow - thanks Joy, for playing with us at ATSM!
Oh my goodness, Joy--what a beauty! You're making me think I need that cardstock--love the color!
