CFC #3

The third challenge on Cas-ual Fridays is to "bring the bling".  Keeping in mind that the card should be clean and simple, too.  Here is my card:

The green gems were a free gift from Simon Says with my recent Hero Arts order.  The poppies and sentiment are from Hero Arts.  The patterned paper is from K & Company and the scalloped border stamp is from Studio 490 (Wendy Vecchi).

I'm not sure if this qualifies for a CAS card, but am submitting it anyway :)  Still trying my hand at this style of card.

TFL!

Edit:  Since the flowers were colored with Prismacolor pencils, I am also submitting this card to the Hero Arts monthly challenge.

Stamps Used:

Hero Arts H5350
Hero Arts CL499
Studio 490 Lcs028

Wow, Joy! I'm so glad that you made this CAS card ( I think it qualifies---as long as you keep minimum layers and lots of white space...) The added gems at the top corner are lovely!! Thanks so much for playing with us at CAS-ual Fridays!

So lovely Joy! These colours are beautiful together. I thought that your scalloped border was hand sewing ... very nice!
