is not as easy as it sounds. I wanted to use some die cuts that Betty included in the card she sent to me for the January card chain challenge.
I have never seen these stemmed hearts before and had to play around a bit before I came up with this card. The double bow die cut was given to me by another friend. I cut the stems off of three of the hearts and placed them beside the sentiment to balance the design. I like the way this card turned out. I even added two of the stems to the inside of the card:
Thank you, Betty, for these sweet heart flowers!!
I will be sending this off to Addicted to CAS where the theme is LOVE.
Have a great day!

What a beautiful card!
I've never seen them before either - they are so delicate, and I love what you did with them, Joy! (I do recognize those bows, though :))
Wow, absolutely gorgeous, Joy! I love the bouquet you created with the dies!
what a great way to use the heart stems - i've been having fun with them too. glad you enjoyed them. i bought the die from ellen hutson - they're from impression obsession - called heart stems.

Absolutely wonderful CAS card, Joy! Love your creative use of those neat die cuts!
Your card is a lovely bit of happiness. Those heart stems are wonderfully placed behind the bows and I love that you placed a few inside too. I too often neglect the cards interior.
