flowers and butterflies. . . .

will be showing up on many of my cards now since it is almost the first of March.  Even though it was only 3 degrees here this morning, it is better to look forward to warmer weather than to dwell on the cold.  Here is a card I made for a friend's birthday this week:

This Hero Arts flower stamp is fun to color with Prismacolor pencils.  The sentiment is from A Muse Art Stamps.  I added some dots with Stickles diamond glitter and a die cut butterfly.

Sending this to:

Thanks for your visit!

Beautiful, Joy! A lovely combination! And so welcome, as we just had a mini whit-out here a little while ago - you, too?

Oh my goodness, Joy--one of my favorite cards! Your glitter dots are perfect! I've wanted to do that, but so far no luck. The butterfly looks like it came with the stamp--belongs right there! Love your new picture, by the way. Hugs, Greta

Very beautiful Joy ... it caught my eye right away and (even though it's very late in the evening)I just had to visit. It's bitter cold here .. it's been a very difficult winter with all the ice and snow blizzards. I hope all is fine with you. Sending you warm wishes, hugs Susanne

very pretty Joy. Spring starting for you and autumn coming for me. It's certainly getting darker here in the mornings making it hard to get up but late summer weather during the day is still nice and warm. Hope your winter goes away quickly
